BACKGROUND
This photo of Kenji was taken the last 2 weeks before finals of the Fall of 2010. Definitely a tough week for the both of us as I wasnt feeling well and he had tons of papers to write. That is life when you are a student. When I told him that I wanted a portrait shoot of him, he instantly climbed on to his bed and just stared at the lights with wishful thinking. He was extremely exhausted from work and I am pretty sure he wanted finals to be done and was just imagining how wonderful it would feel when it is really over.
There is always a glimpse of hope in the darkest of times.
